Curt G. Joa, Inc. (JOA) will acquire Italy-based Cellulose Converting Solutions (CCS) to expand its global footprint and enhance its machine offerings.
The deal, expected to close in Fall 2025, unites two family-run firms with complementary cultures and capabilities.
The acquisition boosts JOA’s presence in Europe and strengthens its service and innovation capacity worldwide.
