J.Jill has named Courtney O’Connor as senior vice president and chief merchandising officer, effective June 30, 2025, succeeding Shelley Liebsch.
O’Connor brings 20 years of merchandising experience across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce, with leadership roles at Club Monaco, Ralph Lauren, and others.
She will focus on enhancing J.Jill’s assortment and supporting future growth.
