Cord Prinzhorn, chairman of Lenzing AG’s supervisory board, has announced he will step down after the Annual General Meeting on April 17, 2025, to focus on his responsibilities at B&C Group.
He will not seek re-election.
The supervisory board will propose Patrick Lackenbucher as a new member at the meeting, with plans for him to assume the role of chairman in the future.
