The European Commission has proposed Council decisions to sign and conclude the EU-UK Competition Cooperation Agreement, establishing a legal framework for collaboration on antitrust and merger investigations between EU and UK competition authorities.
The agreement complements the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement and will enter into force after ratification by both parties.
