Suominen Corporation has appointed Charles Héaulmé as its new president and CEO, effective by August 11, 2025.
He steps down as chair of the board and personnel committee with immediate effect.
CFO Janne Silonsaari becomes interim CEO as Tommi Björnman exits by mutual agreement.
The board thanked Björnman for his leadership.
