The Baltic Air Freight Index fell 0.3 per cent WoW and 6 per cent YoY despite Middle East disruptions and rising jet fuel prices, according to TAC Index.
Hong Kong rates edged up, while Shanghai and India declined.
Vietnam saw mixed trends.
Europe saw firmer rates, with Frankfurt up 5.7 per cent.
North American lanes to Europe and China rose, though Chicago’s index remained 4.6 per cent lower YoY.
