Indian tier-III cities were responsible for a 21-per cent YoY growth during the 2025 summer e-commerce sales, contributing a lot to the overall 8-per cent rise in e-commerce order volumes, a Unicommerce survey found.
Tier-I cities and metropolitan areas led the way, accounting for 42 per cent of total e-commerce order volumes in the season.
Travel accessories saw a 46-per cent YoY surge in orders.
