Sibur has launched a catalyst production project in Tatarstan, attended by President Rustam Minnikhanov.
With over 11 billion rubles invested, the facility will initially produce chromium catalysts across six lines.
This will enable a full innovation cycle from lab to industry, boosting Russia’s self-sufficiency in polyethylene and polypropylene production.
