Nokia HMD, reaffirming its strong ties with the Pakistani market, has announced a major price cut on several of its most popular feature phones.
The reduction, ranging between Rs. 600 to Rs. 800, aims to make mobile communication more affordable amid the country’s ongoing economic challenges.
Updated Prices for Popular Models
The revised prices are as follows:
Model | New Price (PKR) |
Nokia 105 Classic | 2,999 |
Nokia 106 (2023) | 3,999 |
Nokia 108 (2024) | 4,199 |
Nokia 110 (2023) | 4,999 |
Nokia 125 (2024) | 5,199 |
These iconic models come with durable builds, long-lasting batteries, and essential features like 2–3-inch displays, headphone jacks, memory card slots, and Unisoc chipsets. Notably, the Nokia 125 (2024) also includes IP52-rated protection against dust and water.
In a statement, a Nokia HMD spokesperson said,
“Pakistan has always been an important market for us. This price drop is a celebration of our deep connection with the people and our commitment to ensuring that reliable, quality communication is always within reach.”
The brand’s focus is not only on affordability but also on user trust and satisfaction. Every phone is backed by a 1-year replacement warranty, making it a compelling option for those looking for a dependable device, whether as a primary tool or a secondary backup.
With this strategic move, Nokia is eyeing a return to its former market dominance. In the early 2000s, the brand held a 60% market share in Pakistan, thanks to its unmatched product reliability and local relevance. Now, with a renewed focus on pricing, durability, and after-sales support, Nokia HMD is positioning itself to reclaim that leadership.
The newly priced phones are available at major mobile retailers across Pakistan, from urban centers like Karachi to remote regions such as Murree.
