Manoj Bajpayee shares the reason behind not attending Bollywood parties
Manoj, in one of the latest episodes of SCREENS named, Dear Me, shares the reason as to why he is not invited to Bollywood parties. He said that his absence is seen as a type of ‘humiliation’ or ‘offence’. Years of rejection, anger and struggle for the actor have put him in a place where he could tell stories he believed in. Bajpayee revealed being seen as arrogant and said his stand was clear of avoiding controversies, not attending parties or taking a walk on the red carpet. Manoj noted:
“I have not had any major controversies, but yes, I don’t go for any parties. Now people don’t even invite me, because they have realized why to be offended and humiliated by me not attending, which I am very happy with. Please don’t call me because I like to sleep by 10-10:30 pm and I am always looking forward to my early mornings.”
