NIIMS Hospital (Noida International Institute of Medical Sciences College & Hospital) has announced the expansion of its facility to 900 beds, making it one of the largest tertiary care centers in the region. Simultaneously, the hospital has installed the MAGNETOM Sempra–1.5 T MRI System by Siemens Healthineers, equipped with TIM & DOT technology.
The upgraded MRI system features a non-claustrophobic design with a flared opening and supports feet-first imaging for most scans and incorporates QUIET Suite technology, delivering a scan with nearly 93 per cent noise reduction.

The CAPRINHA system delivers the fastest 3D scan sequences, completed in 12–15 seconds, utilising feather-weight coils for precise imaging and enhanced ergonomic handling. It offers the highest resolution imaging currently available in clinical settings, combined with the shortest bore length to ensure efficient and comfortable scanning across all body types.
