Redcliffe Labs has reported a revenue of INR 419 crore in FY25, marking a 20 per cent increase from INR 350 crore in FY24. The company attributes this growth to its continued efforts in expanding diagnostic access across underserved regions of India, particularly Tier 2 cities and beyond.
According to Redcliffe Labs, over 70 per cent of its diagnostic volumes now come from non-metro areas, reflecting a shift in healthcare access from urban centres to broader geographies. In FY25, Redcliffe enabled diagnostic services for over 2.5 million patients, primarily from cities like Prayagraj, Amritsar, Jamshedpur, Raipur, Shimla, Moradabad, and Dibrugarh.
The company now operates more than 80 laboratories and runs one of India’s widest home sample collection networks. In FY25, over 1.8 million samples were processed from Tier 2 and smaller cities. Customer growth in these areas increased by 27 per cent, underlining growing demand and trust in Redcliffe’s offerings.
The financial results were driven by clinical capability, operational efficiency, and a data-first strategy. The company posted a gross margin of over 70 per cent and aims to reach 75 per cent in FY26. EBITDA losses decreased from -38 per cent to -21 per cent between FY24 and FY25, with Redcliffe forecasting quarterly EBITDA positivity by the second half of FY26. The revenue target for FY26 is INR 560 crore, with growth expected through both organic expansion and acquisitions.
As part of its future plans, Redcliffe aims to serve more than 150 cities and scale its presence to over 100 labs and 220+ cities by the end of FY26.
Aditya Kandoi, Founder and CEO of Redcliffe Labs, said, “Our vision has always been to democratise access to quality healthcare. By building India’s widest home collection network and focusing on Tier 2 and beyond, we are not just growing as a business. We are transforming lives and making diagnostics a first-line solution for millions who were previously underserved. The future is about deepening this impact further. Looking ahead, we aim to reach over 300 cities with 150 labs by FY28. The true measure of our success is the trust we have built in the heart of Bharat, and we remain committed to bridging healthcare gaps with innovation, discipline, and compassion.”
